Return & Exchange Policy

 Refund/Return Policy: 

No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All products are produced at the time of your order. Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted and cannot be tampered with once submitted. No refunds will be issued following the completion of a giveaway campaign, barring extreme exceptions. 

 

Exchanges:

We reserve the right to approve or deny all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for a different size or for an item of equal value must be in new, unused, unwashed, unworn condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Exchanges may be downgrades in value resulting in refunds. Exchanges cannot be made for single use items such as stickers and air fresheners.

All exchanges must be made within 60 days after the order is placed. Exchanges are only available for domestic orders. There is a $5.99 (USD) re-shipping fee for all exchanges. 

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

 

Errors Upon Receiving Product:

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
